Personal and Group Training
At Victory our fitness professionals work towards helping you achieve your fitness goals. Whether it’s losing weight, building muscle, training for competition or simply maintaining your health, we are here to provide expert advice and guidance. Our staff have a vast array of knowledge and experience that allow us to provide you with a personal and customized program suited to your needs. Victory is a not a “big-gym” environment, and we pride ourselves on giving clients the attention they need and deserve.
Our services include an initial fitness assessment, personal training, and group training. An initial fitness assessment involves discussing your previous exercise experience, determining your level of fitness, and shaping your fitness goals with a trainer. From here we build you a program to meet your individual needs. Depending on what works best for you, this can be a program designed for home/your personal gym, or for personal training here at Victory.
Personal training sessions are booked in 60 or 90 minute slots. We create unique, customized programs suited to your needs and work with you one on one for the full session. We believe working with a trainer provides our clients with the best results as we are able to ensure their workout is safe, efficient, and progressive.
Our small group training (2-5 people) is perfect for couples, co-workers, teammates or friends. Like personal training, group training is booked in 60 or 90 minute slots and involves customized workouts to meet the group’s needs.
